This month’s 30-Day Challenge is to get better sleep. And it turns out that one of the most important tips for sleeping better is just doing it at the same time every night (yes, sorry, weekends included).
Get on a (regular) sleep schedule.
If I did not focus on my sleep like I do. I seriously would not be accomplishing as much as I do as well as I do. Even when I’m a little out of sorts; lots of learning especially takes my time and focus. And I learn faster and with less impact on myself and my lover. Get your sleep peole!
