Change is all around us! and that pretty much runs into every aspect of living. So is the flow to honor and continue to create fluid transitions in life.
* Some of you may or may not be aware that I bartend at the amendment 21 in reno tues and wed nights from 7-3amish ;) 425 South Virginia Street Reno 775-786-0808
* and I hope that some of you are aware that I was just voted Reno’s best female personality bartender ;) by the Reno News & Review so come on day and play!!!
Here is the downlow for my bartending shifts at the amendment 21
Tuesday nights:
* are now just going to be all about geeking out and having great and fun food and drink specials. The food and drinks are up to the amendment 21. Nate mentioned something about $2 tuesdays ;) so come in for yourself and find out! ;0 don’t worry, I’ll let you know as soon as I know ;)
* There will be NO MORE Open Mic night on tuesday nights. IT’s been a magical adventure for over a year. The time we all spent truly was time in for many more magical adventures. I am so thankful that we all had time to get to know each other, share love and heart, and create magic. Truly will never forget the Love and pure awesomeness that we all created. You open mic’ers are free to frolick and float in the universe until you land in a new spot. Change is mighty for all of us.
* The amendment21 may use this night in their own way, not sure exactly where it will end up, that is an adventure you will have to come in and discover for yourself. ;)
Wednesday Nights:
* 2 for 1 pizzas 2 for 1 salads :) feed an army together!!! cass is working the kitchen, she always has a yummy vegetarian special for us!!! $7.95 a great meal, at a great deal, filled with love from a cook who loves to make yummy food for us! It’s all about the LOVE you guys ;)
* ARE BOHO NIGHTS! :) of course you can always geek out, bohos are serious geeks, and we treasure our time spent sharing and teaching each other about online adventures! iphone tips, twitter help, website development, blogging, social networking, community, oh yes, we are all about community. i have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing and beautiful minds! Crazy to reflect on all the magic I have witnessed from behind my bar! anyways, so yes, geeks and laptops are always welcome when I am behind the bar. We have free wifi!!!!
* Boho nights are going to be accompanied by audiological studios and metaphysical, we will all share the sound system, and encourage many of you to land and play some tunes for us while we are all hula hooping and geeking out. Collaborations are essential to the growth of a community! So many magical adventures have come out of the energy from everybody hanging out together on a weekly basis.
* You see we LOVE to engage, we love to listen, we love to talk, we love to share. Our nights are about coming together not for a big party, you guys have plenty of that going on in your lives. We are about meeting new people, sharing lots of hugs, and introducing you all to new peeps. You can be shye, you can be outgoing, be and live whoever you are.
* You can learn how to hoop. Oh yes, and there are always volunteers to help and teach you. You can come play pool, and if you wish, you can sit in the far table all to yourself and never talk to anybody. It’s up to you, but if you wish to participate, we wish to engage you with all.
* I see people playing WOW, I see people watching all kinds of things and sharing. ;) this is an 18 and over night.
* so there we have it. the fluid transitions are guiding us to continue sharing time and efforts with community! yahooooooooooooooooooo :)
* and guess what! today is tuesday, so that means I will see you all at the amendment 21 tonight starting at 7pm. Come say hello to me, don’t be shye! I’ll be bouncing around anywhere and everywhere!

I am presenting for ignite reno today at the amendment 21, somewhere between 6:30-7:00pm. The instructions were to create 20 slides, speak for 15 seconds each, and share what you are passionate about :) I follow directions well. (when I want to) and then afterwards I bartend, host geek night, and metaphysical and the boys come in for open mic night! around 10pm. what are you doing tonight. come and join us.
I’m curious to see how scattered all my followers are.

today on twitter I asked what was something that blew your mind last night while our community was out and about. there were all kinds of activities going on. if you have more to offer to this, please tell me so on twitter, and I will add your love to this post.
last night was a great night. it was nice to see a cool club in reno. very hot! I really enjoyed getting to hide back in our VIP room that was reserved for the party.
we were surrounded by love and smiles and so many hugs. spoke to so many people and have so many interested in shooting with bohocrush!
the one thing that kept running through my mind all night is how I would have ultimately enjoyed the night. I wore a dress, no panties, and would have loved nothing more than to sit on shone’s lap and have sex while everybody was around us. :) thank goodness he got to play with me a bit.
I love and desire shone, and that love and desire does not change, regardless of where we are.

today was a great day!
you guys spa west is incredible! it’s been in the making for about 3 years, my friend Tina got on board last May, and she is adding all of her Tina pamper and luscious love to the place. A beautiful and magical spa, all filled with the genuine love from a girl who LOVES the spa world, and who really wants your every experience to be the best ever! she rocks, and I am so happy to see her adventures.
when I got my license as a massage therapist years ago, her spa the Zen Den was the first place I worked. I remained with her for the 3 out of my 4 year career as a therapist. She just freaking rocks it.
and she has returned with great products, some new, some familiar. I was happy to see soulage in the spa, the warmies that I take everywhere!!! they have a new line of organic products, and I want the booties! shone tucks me in with the warmie during the winter months, he heats it and then places it at my feet, so that when I crawl into bed, I have a comfy and warm place to snuggle into. ( I usually always go to bed before him )
I received the bali ginger ritual treatment today. (and the line is escaping me right now, but it’s exclusively at her spa, but no worries, I’ll be sure to share it later when I do.)
A full body skin brushing
a baret full body mask, wrapped up and tucked in with HOT STONES
a hot shower rinsed with the ginger shower gel
a hot oil ginger oil scalp massage
and a full body massage
Tina was training her staff, and so with this treatment came the love of the entire group. Their hands were so magical as they brushed my skin, applied the mask with a soft brush to my skin, and rubbed all over me as they massaged. IT WAS INCREDIBLE. I have not had a spa treatment like this for at least 5 years. But I know that soon I will be able to return to my love of the spa. I love having motivation to work and stay focused. :)
It’s opening soon, I think she might have even mentioned a week from next monday! oh and by the way, the pedicure room, is magnificent. I’m looking forward to getting one :)
